You were moved to Class 3-E two months ago. Ever since the day it was announced, you were looked down on by your other classmates, and even some of your friends. You knew pretty much nobody in Class 3-E, which you soon learned was the "End Class." 

But, one particular blue-headed boy, Nagisa Shiota, felt just as you.

You two began talking, and talking, to where he thought of you as a best friend. 

But you were clueless to what he really thought about you. 

"Hey, [Name]-chan," he said, walking over to your desk after the class was dismissed. "Do you wanna walk home together?"

You nodded, smiling. "Sure." 

Nagisa was a nervous wreck on the way to your homes. You lived closer to the school, so he would occasionally ask to walk you home.

You got the nervous vibe off of him, but you weren't sure why. 

"Hey... Nagisa-kun? You look really nervous... Can I ask why?"

"I, u-uh, u-um, I-I'm not n-nervous! Wh-what gives y-you that i-i-idea?" he stuttered.

You giggled. "You're stuttering pretty bad over there."

He blushed and looked away, not wanting you to notice. You two reached your house, and he said, "B-bye, [N-Name]! I'll s-see you t-tomorrow!"

You smiled and waved. "Bye, Nagisa-kun!"

The next day, Nagisa didn't speak to you as much, and you wondered why. Why is Nagisa-kun ignoring me...? Did I do something wrong yesterday?

Nagisa was lost in thought. I hope she didn't figure it out... But [Name]-chan isn't oblivious! Of course she figured it out! Dammit! I'm so stupid...! 

You decided you'd talk to Nagisa when the class was dismissed.

Once class was dismissed, you went over to Nagisa's desk and slammed your hands down.

"Why the hell were you ignoring me today? What did I do yesterday?"

Nagisa's eyes widened as he looked at you, heat rushing to his cheeks. "I-I, um..."

"No excuses!"

He sighed in defeat. "You didn't get a hint?"

"...Huh?"

"I like you, [Name]. A lot. I'm surprised you didn't get the hint..."

That's why he was stuttering... 

You grabbed the collar of his shirt and kissed him.

When you two pulled apart, you said, "I actually didn't get the hint yesterday."

"What?!"

"You think I wouldn't have known?"

He scratched the back of his neck. "Was it really that obvious?"

You shrugged, saying, "Maybe, maybe not," then kissed him again.
